announces the start of the implementation of the project “Digitalization of Enterprises”, contract No. BG16RFPR001-1.012-1365-C01, implemented with the financial support of the European Union.
The main objective of the project is the comprehensive digitalization of business processes through the implementation of specialized ICT solutions. The investment includes the acquisition and integration of:
Enterprise Resource Management System (ERP);
Customer Relationship Management System (CRM);
Business Intelligence System;
Information Storage and Sharing Management System.
The implementation of the project will create the prerequisites for significantly more effective resource management in the enterprise. Through the newly introduced systems, we will ensure timely tracking of inventory and optimization of the processes of receiving and shipping goods, which will lead to minimizing human errors.
The project has a total value of 35,437 euros.
